You can return a)Limus Classified within 100 days and b) all other products within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, or email). Please note that Limus Classified cannot be returned on the basis of signs of wear, scratches to the sticker or loss of the print colour.
Personalised items are excluded from exchange and return. If you purchased luggage with a personalised luggage tag and wish to return it within the 30 day trial period, the cost of the luggage tag ($15) and the cost of monogramming will be deducted from your refund. Please note that items are excluded from exchange, return and the 30-day trial offer.
If you have purchased two items as part of our Sets and wish to return only one item from the set, the difference in price between the full-priced item and the discount will be deducted from the reimbursement.
This return policy might differentiate between different point of sales. Please refer to the contracting party’s terms of conditions.
Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your Limus Classified return. If your shipping charges aren’t refunded, please contact us.
